§ The in­vest­ment bro­kera­ge pur­su­ant to sec­tion 2 para. 2 no. 3 WpIG of fi­nan­cial in­stru­ments wi­thin the mea­ning of sec­tion 2 para. 5 WpIG is car­ri­ed out in the name and for the ac­count and un­der the lia­bi­li­ty of Dia­log Ver­mö­gens­ma­nage­ment GmbH, Gu­ten­berg­stra­ße 47, 72555 Met­zin­gen, Ger­ma­ny, which is li­cen­sed by the Fe­de­ral Fi­nan­cial Su­per­vi­so­ry Aut­ho­ri­ty (BaFin) pur­su­ant to sec­tion 15 WpIG. Any con­trac­tu­al re­la­ti­onship with re­gard to in­vest­ment bro­kera­ge shall be con­cluded ex­clu­si­ve­ly with Dia­log Ver­mö­gens­ma­nage­ment GmbH. This ac­ti­vi­ty is per­for­med as a con­trac­tual­ly bound in­ter­me­dia­ry wi­thin the mea­ning of § 3 pa­ra­graph 2 sen­tence 1 and 2 WpIG. Con­trac­tual­ly bound in­ter­me­dia­ries are lis­ted in a re­gis­ter of the Fe­de­ral Fi­nan­cial Su­per­vi­so­ry Aut­ho­ri­ty (BaFin), which is pu­blicly ac­ces­si­ble.
